Head of Elite Scholar Development &
Master Educator I
Arianna Moody, M.Ed.
Arianna is currently a doctoral candidate in STEM Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Houston Clear Lake, holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, a BS in Organizational Leadership from the University of Houston, and an A.A.S. in Management & Supervision from San Jacinto College.
With nearly a decade of distinguished service in education, she is a highly qualified Texas-certified educator experienced in supporting general education students and students with IEPs, 504 plans, and academic needs and neurodivergence.
Arianna has earned national recognition as a leading STEM and science educator—including designation as a NASA Educator Trailblazer, recipient of the NSTA Shell Science Lab Regional and National Awards (2022–2025), and Texas Stand Up for STEM Educator of the Year—alongside her acclaimed work as a published children's book author.

Director of Innovation & Institutional Growth
James Moody
James holds an A.A.S. in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from Texas State Technical College and received his Operational Management and Supervision certification from San Jacinto College. In addition, he is a state-certified Emergency First Responder/Emergency Care Attendant.
As the Director of Innovation and Institutional Growth at NeuroBloom Learning Lab and COO of STEM+X Educational Services, James leverages over 20 years of leadership and Lean Six Sigma expertise in the chemical and plastics manufacturing industry to drive organizational excellence.
His expertise in leadership fosters high-impact corporate and industry partnerships. A specialist in crisis management and employee development, James utilizes his background as an Emergency Medical First Responder to ensure rigorous safety standards and analytical precision across all educational and institutional initiatives.

Director of Family Experience & Secondary Master Educator I
Malissa Brown, M.Ed.
Malissa is currently a doctoral candidate in STEM Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Houston Clear Lake, a M.B.A. with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a B.S. in Technology-Health Services Management from Brazosport College.
She is an accomplished mathematics instructor in secondary and higher education. She is dedicated to building student confidence through deep mathematical thinking. Drawing on her extensive experience from middle school to the collegiate level, she combines a student-centered approach with real-world insights from her diverse background in STEM and Human Resources.
Her mission is to create equitable, engaging learning environments where every student feels valued and empowered to achieve academic excellence.
