Admissions Application Terms & Conditions

NeuroBloom Learning Lab (NBLL), a division of STEM+X, LLC

By submitting an admissions application to NeuroBloom Learning Lab (“NBLL”), the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Application Does Not Constitute Acceptance

Submission of an admissions application does not constitute or guarantee acceptance, enrollment, or placement at NBLL. Admission decisions are made at the sole discretion of the school following a comprehensive and holistic review process.

​

2. Comprehensive Review Process

Parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge that admissions decisions are based on a thorough evaluation, which may include but is not limited to:

  • All information provided within the admissions application

  • Academic records, transcripts, and report cards

  • Records, reports, evaluations, and documentation provided by the applicant’s current or previous school(s)

  • Review of academic performance, attendance, and behavioral history

  • Parent and/or student interviews

  • Any additional documentation requested by NBLL

NBLL reserves the right to approve or deny admission based on academic readiness, alignment with the school’s mission and values, behavioral history, and available cohort space.

3. Confidentiality & Data Security

All information submitted through NBLL’s online admissions portal is encrypted and securely stored using commercially reasonable security measures. NBLL implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect applicant data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Information collected is used solely for admissions review, institutional decision-making, and internal record-keeping purposes in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

4. Protection of Online Information & Limitation of Liability

While NBLL and STEM+X, LLC employ commercially reasonable encryption and cybersecurity measures to safeguard personal information, no electronic transmission or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

By submitting an online application, parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with digital data transmission. NBLL and STEM+X, LLC shall not be held liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, cyberattacks, or theft of information that occur despite the implementation of reasonable security measures, except as required by applicable law.

5. Accuracy of Information

Parent(s)/guardian(s) certify that all information provided in the application is accurate, truthful, and complete to the best of their knowledge. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of admission, rescission of acceptance, or dismissal following enrollment.

6. Non-Refundable Application Fee

The admissions application fee, including any associated credit card processing fees, is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, regardless of admissions outcome, withdrawal, or incomplete application.

7. Limited & Competitive Enrollment

NBLL maintains limited and competitive enrollment in order to preserve its intentionally small cohort model, which supports personalized instruction and elevated academic engagement. Submission of an application acknowledges understanding of the competitive nature of admissions and limited seat availability.

8. Rolling & Conditional Enrollment

While NBLL may offer rolling admissions throughout the academic year based on availability, placement is contingent upon successful completion of the admissions process, administrative approval, and available space within the appropriate cohort.

By submitting the admissions application, parent(s)/guardian(s) confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
